A Day in the Life: Brandon Clack, Operations Manager at STRONG PR, Marketing and Events.

Hi, I’m Brandon Clack, and I’m the Operations Manager here at STRONG PR, Marketing and Events, a creative, strategic events management agency where no two days ever look the same (and neither do the to-do lists).

I keep things ticking behind the scenes making sure the office runs smoothly, the team is supported, and everything is where it should be… preferably in a well-labelled folder.

The Role I Play

My job spans across the business, and that’s exactly how I like it. I get to be involved in a bit of everything, whether I’m invoicing a new client, streamlining a process, project managing the team, or jumping into an Excel sheet to help make sense of the chaos.

I work closely with the team to make sure things stay on track, deadlines are met, and clients get the experience they’ve come to expect from us. Some days are calm and admin-heavy, others are full-speed creative sprints. Either way, I’m there in the mix, sleeves rolled up, laptop open and coffee in hand.

Style Meets Structure

I like systems, structure, and getting things done properly. But that doesn’t mean it’s all serious, we’re a fun, vibrant team, and I bring a bit of personality to the role too. There’s definitely a bit of sass in how I work (and how I talk), but it’s all in the name of keeping things efficient, collaborative and enjoyable.

What Keeps Me Going?

I genuinely enjoy being the person people come to when they need clarity, support or a way forward. Operations isn’t always the most glamorous side of work life, but it’s the part that helps hold everything together and I take pride in doing it well.

Working at STRONG PR, Marketing and Events means being part of a team that values creativity, initiative and real collaboration. I feel lucky to be in a space where I get to contribute in a meaningful way, while also learning and growing alongside some seriously talented people.

So that’s a bit about me the guy behind the processes, the meetings, the spreadsheets… and yes, occasionally the eye roll when someone tries to book a brainstorm with no agenda.
